PM-25-021: Hurricane Insurance Protection - Wind Index Updated National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration International Best Track Archive for Climate Stewardship for Helene 2024

In accordance with Section 8(d) of the HIP-WI Endorsement and the Hurricane Data Provisions, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) reviewed the NOAA IBTrACS dataset for Helene 2024 and performed a re-analysis. By close of business today, the approved counties will have an updated payment flag and triggering event date available in the Actuarial Information Browser (AIB) and Actuarial Data Master (ADM) in the following formats:

PM-25-018: 2024 Crop Year Actual Revenue History Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry Annual Prices

The ARH Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions establish an Annual Price to determine revenue to count for certain appraised or unsold marketable production. The ARH Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions also establish an Annual Price for Diverted Production that is used to value marketable production from diverted acres.

In accordance with the definitions of Annual Price in the crop provisions, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) is issuing the following Annual Prices for crop year 2024:

Subject: Request received February 7, 2025, to the Risk Management Agency (RMA) requesting a Final Agency Determination for the 2022 crop year regarding the interpretation of section 20(b)(1) of the Common Crop Insurance Policy, Basic Provisions (CCIP Basic Provisions), published at 7 C.F.R. § 457.8. This request is pursuant to 7 C.F.R. § 400, subpart X.

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has released the 2026 Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) and Appendices I, II, and IV, and the 2026 Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (LPRA) and Appendices I, II, and IV, which become effective July 1, 2025.
