Rebating and inducements to purchase crop insurance are strictly prohibited by the Federal Crop Insurance Act (Act) and the Standard Reinsurance Agreement, with limited exceptions authorized by the Act. This memo is to remind you that offering or receiving any rebate or inducement not allowed by the insurance policy is strictly prohibited in the Federal Crop Insurance Program.
Additional Price Elections:
In accordance with section 3(e)(1) of the Basic Provisions, the Risk Management Agency is providing additional price elections for peaches covered by the Peach Policy.
On May 18, 2023, Controlled Environment (CE) pilot crop insurance program was approved for implementation by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors. The Risk Management Agency (RMA) developed CE, which provides coverage for CE plants, when impacted by a disease, and are required to be destroyed under a destruction order.

For COMBO, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) approved 2023 CY harvest prices for insurance offers with a harvest price discovery period of August 15, 2023, through September 14, 2023. For COMBO and ARPI, RMA approved 2024 CY projected prices and volatility factors for insurance offers with a projected price discovery period of August 15, 2023, through September 14, 2023. These values may be viewed in the attachment and on RMA’s Price Discovery portal, located here: public-rma.fpac.usda.gov/apps/PriceDiscovery.
On August 17, 2023, under section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors approved revisions to the Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Commodity Exchange Endorsement (CEE) for the 2024 crop year for all endorsements that have an effective date on or after September 16, 2023, and for the 2025 and succeeding crop years.
