COM-21-003: Quality Control Review Type Codes
Background
Appendix IV, section III(b)(1) of the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) and the Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (LPRA) requires Approved Insurance Providers (AIPs) to conduct data mining reviews.
This is clarification on the required Quality Control (QC) Type Codes that shall be submitted by review type.
Actuarial Release 21-023
As of July 21, 2021 the following information is now available on the FTP site:
- 2020 Actuarial Data Master for the 6/30, 8/31, 10/31, 11/30, 1/31 Filing Date, YTD, and Daily Files.
- 2021 Actuarial Data Master for the 6/30 Filing Date, YTD, and Daily Files.
- 2022 Actuarial Data Master for the 6/30 Filing Date, YTD, and Daily Files.
- 2022 Special Provisions for the 6/30 Filing Date.

On July 5, 2021, the International Best Track Archive for Climate Stewardship (IBTrACS) updated the dataset for the 2020 hurricane season. In accordance with Section 9(d) of the HIP-WI Endorsement and the Hurricane Data Provisions, approved counties will have an updated payment flag and triggering event date available by close of business today in the following formats:

Background
Severe drought conditions have damaged crops across the nation, especially in the West and the High Plains. The Risk Management Agency (RMA) recognizes the need for authorizing emergency procedures to streamline and accelerate the adjustment of losses and issuance of indemnity payments to insured producers in the drought-impacted areas.
