MGR-20-006: COVID-19 and Impact on Production Reporting Date (PRD) for Crops Insured Under the Common Crop Insurance Policy, Basic Provisions

Background

Many state and local governments have issued “stay at home” orders in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which may preclude agents from meeting with policyholders to obtain their production reports and associated signature required for production reporting. In the absence of “stay at home” orders, agents and policyholders may be unable to meet in person due to concerns of spreading COVID-19.

IS-20-002: 2021 Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) and 2021 Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (LPRA)

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has released the 2021 Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) and Appendices I, II, and IV, and the 2021 Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement (LPRA) and Appendices I, II, and IV, which become effective July 1, 2020. PM-20-020: 2019 Crop Year Actual Revenue History (ARH) Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry for Processing Annual Price

Background

The ARH Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions establish an Annual Price to determine revenue to count for certain appraised or unsold marketable production.
