PM-20-064: CORRECTED Livestock Risk Protection for Feeder Cattle, Fed Cattle, and Swine Revisions Effective for the 2021 and Succeeding Crop Years
Background
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation's Board of Directors (Board) approved revisions to the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) plan of insurance for Feeder Cattle, Fed Cattle, and Swine, under section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act, on August 20, 2020. The following revisions are applicable for the 2021 and succeeding crop years:

Background
Excessive precipitation associated with Hurricane Hanna has caused flooding in Texas. A significant amount of unharvested cropland acres is flooded above the edible portion of the crop, resulting in production which is considered adulterated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and may be injurious to human or animal health.

MGR-20-027: Sales Closing Date for Production and Revenue History - Strawberries
Background
On May 21, 2020, The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors approved the Production and Revenue History (PRH) plan of insurance for strawberries for the 2021 crop year. The sales closing date (SCD) for Florida policies was first set as August 31, 2020. However, due to complications during implementation, the initial year of offering will be for a later SCD.
PM-20-062: 2020 Crop Year Hurricane Insurance Protection - Wind Index (HIP-WI) Payment Indicator and Trigger Event Date for Hurricane Isaias
In accordance Section 8 of the HIP-WI Endorsement and the Hurricane Data Provisions, approved counties will have an updated payment flag and triggering event date available by close of business today in the following formats:
