MGR-21-010: COVID-19 Relief

Background

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) issued Manager’s Bulletins to provide program flexibilities recognizing the potential impact and challenges due to COVID-19. Previously issued Manager’s Bulletins providing COVID-19 relief continue to apply through the effective dates as provided. For example, the COVID-19 flexibilities provided in MGR 20-030 continue to apply through calendar year 2021 without regard to issuance of this bulletin.

The 2021 CY harvest prices shown below are approved for the following plans of insurance: Revenue Protection and Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion. The harvest prices are applicable for the crop, sales closing date, states and practices indicated in the following table.

Final Agency Determination: FAD-305

Subject: A joint request dated June 23, 2021, resubmitted to the Risk Management Agency (RMA) on July 16, 2021, requesting a Final Agency Determination for the 2020 crop year regarding the interpretation of the preamble and section 22 of the Common Crop Insurance Policy (CCIP) Basic Provisions, published at 7 C.F.R. § 457.8. This request is pursuant to 7 C.F.R. § 400, subpart X.
