For the Common Crop Insurance Policy, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) approved 2026 CY projected prices and volatility factors for insurance offers with a projected price discovery period of December 15, 2025, through January 14, 2026. These values may be viewed in the attachment and on RMA’s Price Discovery Portal.

BACKGROUND:

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) derives prices for certain programs by applying factors and premiums in accordance with the Commodity Exchange Price Provisions (CEPP). The factors and premiums for organic cotton, organic flax, grain sorghum, popcorn, organic popcorn, rice, confectionery sunflowers, and organic sunflowers are provided below.

These values may be viewed in the attachment and on RMA’s Price Discovery Portal.
