The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors approved expansion of the Nursery Value Select (NVS) crop insurance program beginning with the 2025 crop year. In addition, the Crop Provisions are being updated to include small clarifications for consistency with the Basic Provisions.

The NVS Crop Provisions (25-1010) are available on the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website at www.rma.usda.gov.
The NVS Insurance Standards Handbook (FCIC-24070) and NVS Loss Adjustment Standards Handbook (FCIC-25760) will be published at a later date.
