The ARH Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions establish an Annual Price to determine revenue to count for certain appraised or unsold marketable production. In accordance with the definition of Annual Price in Section 2. Definitions of the ARH Sweet Cherry and Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions, (d), Annual Price is to be calculated from data reported for the crop year by the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) in their publication Noncitrus Fruits and Nuts Preliminary Summary, or by RMA if the publication is not available. NASS no longer publishes the Noncitrus Fruits and Nuts Preliminary Summary.
