In accordance with Section 9 of the Shellfish Commodity Provisions and Shellfish Data Provisions, the approved counties will have an updated county loss trigger available by close of business today in the following formats:
The following counties have been triggered for the 2026 commodity year:

In accordance with Sections 10 and 11 of the Shellfish Commodity Provisions, insured producers in the above counties must demonstrate a loss in production below their production guarantee in order to receive an indemnity.
