The Dairy Options Pilot Program (DOPP) has ended. Section 191 of the Federal Agricultural Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (FAIR), Public Law 104-127, Apr 4, 1996, authorized the Dairy Options Pilot Programs until Dec 31, 2002.
