WASHINGTON, Nov 30, 2005 - James Callan has been appointed Associate Administrator of the Risk Management Agency. He served as Acting Administrator prior to the arrival of RMA’s new Administrator, Eldon Gould. “Jim is very knowledgeable and the consummate professional. I am fortunate to have him at my side as we work together to provide a safety net for America’s farmers,” said Gould.

Before this position, Jim served as Chief Communications Officer and Director of External Affairs for RMA. Jim brings over 24 years of public and private sector experience in Washington, D.C., to this position. He may be reached through the RMA administrator's office.
