REQUEST FOR INPUT ON PROPOSED 2005 STANDARD REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Dec 31, 2003 - The Risk Management Agency (RMA) is interested in receiving written comments from all interested parties regarding the proposed 2005 Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA). RMA believes this input will be helpful to:

  • Create a dynamic agreement capable of adapting to future needs.
  • Create simplicity and efficiency in the insurance program.
  • Strengthen program integrity and ensure long-term program and delivery system viability.
  • Secure meaningful cost savings and efficiencies throughout the system.
