Contracting Opportunities

RMA's Office of Product Management in Kansas City, MO regularly awards contracts to private sector firms or educational entities for market research, program evaluation, and product development services to assist RMA in maintaining and expanding FCIC's crop insurance portfolio. Most solicitations are open to all responsible sources, and are advertised on RMA’s behalf by either the U.S. Department of Interior Acquisition Services Directorate, or by the U.S.D.A. Farm Services Agency. Both agencies utilize the Government-wide site known as FedBizOpps for posting solicitations.
