RMA annually announces availability of funds for partnership and cooperative agreements via the Federal
Register and its Web site. Partners conduct risk management and crop insurance education,
community outreach and assistance, and research and development activities.
How Do I Qualify?
The Federal Register notice announcing the Request for Applications (RFA) will give you the details you need to know on how to qualify.
How Do I Apply?
This Web page lists each type of agreement with links to the Federal Register notice, an application
checklist, instructions, samples, templates, and all required forms to assist you in preparing an application.
Pay close attention to the closing date and time for receipt of an application. Applications received after
the deadline will not be considered.
Applications may be transmitted electronically via Grants.gov prior to the application date
or time deadline. Go to http://www.grants.gov, click
on "Find Grant Opportunities," select "Search Grant Opportunities," and enter the
CFDA number (beginning of the RFA) to search by CFDA number. From the search results,
select the item that correlates to the title of the RFA.
